“Why K-dramas Feel Better Than Reality”
Okay, so can we just talk about how K-dramas are way better than real life? I mean, no offense to reality, but it’s kinda… meh compared to a good drama. Every time I finish an episode, I just sit there like, “Can someone please get me into a K-drama?!” Because, honestly, who doesn’t wanna live in a world where everything is dramatic and cute?
It’s not just the romance (though let's be real, the leads are always adorable). It’s like everything—even the smallest things are so magical. Eating ramen? Cute. Walking in the rain? Somehow it’s deep and emotional. In real life, I’m just getting soaked, wondering where my cute guy with an umbrella is. Sigh.
And don't even get me started on second lead syndrome. Honestly, don’t ask me because I’m already down bad. Every. Time. Why do they make the second lead so perfect, so soft, so sweet, and then just… leave them hanging? Like, are we supposed to be okay with this? I'm still not over Han Ji Pyeong, okay?!
But that’s exactly why I love K-dramas—they make me feel everything. Love, heartbreak, friendship, hope… it’s all there. Even when life’s being a little boring, I watch a good drama, and suddenly I’m like, “Okay, maybe life can be just as amazing as K-dramas. Maybe tomorrow will be better.”( But then again i realized i am not an fl)
That’s kinda why I made this blog, honestly. KORE: K-drama Over Reality. Because, real talk? I’ll always choose K-dramas over boring, normal days. Give me all the rooftop moments, the slow-motion glances, the cheesy but perfect confession scenes. I need it.
Oh, and speaking of dreams… Have you ever thought about auditioning for a K-drama? If you could be in one, what role would you want to play? Honestly, I low-key wanna be the lead’s best friend or a cute side character who’s always giving advice.(It's just for saying I want to be Fl asf.)
